Admission forms are obtainable at the school's Admission Office. Entrants must be ten (10) years old in the year of admission.
Note: Entry into other classes (Year 8 and 9 or Senior Secondary School) is also available.
Completed admission forms should be returned to the school with the following documents:
Candidates cleared by the Admission Office will sit for an entrance examination held at the College and designated centres nationwide. These examinations are conducted between February and April.
Transfer candidates are also required to sit for an entrance examination appropriate to their level. Final admission offers are based on examination performance and reports from previous schools.
Parents of successful candidates are required to confirm admission by paying non-refundable deposits via bank drafts.
Deferral Option: Candidates who wish to defer admission must notify the school in writing and maintain their place by paying the non-refundable deposit.
A term's notice or payment of one term's fees in lieu of notice is required before a student can be withdrawn. Failure to comply will result in the withholding of transcripts or transfer certificates.
Important Notice Requirements:
Notices of withdrawal submitted at the end of a term for the next term cannot be accepted. For example, withdrawal in the Easter Term requires notice at the beginning of the Christmas Term.
Otherwise, one term's fees in lieu of notice shall be paid.
